Former soldier and forest school leader Paul Wilcox is hands-on in the business. Alongside developing the learning through adventure programme, he’s piloting an intervention programme designed to help children who’ve had a difficult experience through covid to re-engage with schools. Paul was diagnosed as dyslexic when he was 15, which means that he understands first hand about the difficulties some children face in the classroom.
