Fed up of the same old parties? Now booking for parties in Trafford, Manchester and Cheshire.

Adventure parties (works with mixed ages and abilities) can take place in a local woodland or your back garden – we will work with you to create a party that your child will never forget and is different EVERY time.

Head into the forest for a bear hunt, uncover a world of elves and fairies, make bows and arrows, walk the plank with Pirates, go on a bug hunt or take the starring role in a Superhero adventure.

Our adventure parties include a range of activities which will encourage children’s interest and curiosity, both indoors and outdoors.

Specific activities can be tailored to what your child wants, the range of ages and their level of confidence in the great outdoors. Example themes include:

  • Bear hunt: Perfect for the under 5s, bring a teddy and join in a hunt for bears around the woodland before sitting down for a teddy bear picnic.
  • Elves and fairies: Make special bracelets that help you spot the magical creatures that live at the bottom of every garden and create an imaginative village for them to live in.
  • Robin Hood: The birthday child gets to be Robin and his guests are the merry men at this celebration where children learn to make their own bow and arrow using woodland materials.
  • Pirates and princesses: Raise the Jolly Roger and cast off for an adventure focused on solving clues to find a hidden treasure trove.
  • Creepy Crawlies: Ladybirds, butterflies, beatles and spiders are all special guests at this party. The more adventurous can try bug collecting and use our special adventurers club guide to identify the bugs before settling down to a game of bug bingo.
  • Superhero adventure: Join Batman, Spiderman and Superman as they attend superhero bootcamp, honing their super hero skills before taking on the baddies in a team time trial.

All parties include group game playing dependent on the space available and the age of the child, we’d be happy to discuss with you the best option for your occasion.

Parties last from between 2 hrs – 3 hrs dependent on the activity chosen and the choice of food and prices start from £12 per child (minimum booking is 12 children, additional leaders will join the party if numbers exceed 15). Maximum number 30.

Included within the party pack are themed adventure invitations

Optional extras include:

  • All table decorations

  • Goody bags (ranging from £2 to £5, with specially created adventure themes guides)

What we do

Under 5

Babes in the Wood – 6 week course of 1 hour sessions from toddlers to under 5s on Tuesday and Friday 10 – 11am at Chorlton Water Park.

Get creative with mud, hunting for bears, imaginative play with elves and fairies, making music in the forest and getting to grips with puddles, creepy crawlies and the great outdoors.

Holiday Club

A School Holiday Club they will never forget (age 6 – 12)

Join us for plenty of fun in the forest with tree climbing, zip wires, den building, game playing and themed adventures like pirates, knights and superheroes. Our holiday school is a great way to encourage your child to grow in confidence through developing woodland skills and good old fashion fun with no screens allowed!

Forest School

Forest School sessions and after schools clubs for primary schools in Trafford, Manchester and Cheshire.

Our qualified forest school practitioner is available to come to your school or community group to host a Forest School. Where woodland isn’t available onsite, we can lead your children to a location close by.

Adventure club

Game playing and adventure for children, every Saturday morning from 10am – 12 noon. For children aged 6-12!

Activities take place across Chorlton Ees and at Brookburn Primary School – please check the meeting place for each session.

MOTHER’S DAY GRUFFALO HUNT – FREE TO ATTEND

Want to try your little one at a Babes in the Wood session? For Mother’s Day we’re holding two free to attend sessions for mums and toddlers at Chorlton Water Park. Sessions start at 10am on Saturday 14 and Sunday 15 March and last for one hour. You *must* register with us to secure your place. For children aged 2 – 5.
